WE ran it for 10 hours until the fuel ran out, once. We had problems and did not use it until October 2021. It would not start and after a week of trying I contacted westing house service. I asked for my money back as I had to buy another generator.
They said I had to take it to a service center which I did in November and paid the $40 charge to look at it while under warranty.
